[link removed] [[link removed]] Hey friends,

Today I want to start by expressing my gratitude and a heartfelt thank you to every individual playing a pivotal role in our daily lives.

To the factory and construction workers, grocery clerks, farmers, mechanics, those in food service and hospitality, trash collectors, healthcare professionals, civil servants, and every other worker contributing tirelessly to our society. Your work is the backbone of our nation.

This past year we’ve seen HUGE victories in the labor movement — which fill me with hope. The successful work supporting railroad workers, the triumphs of unions like UAW, SAG-AFTRA, and SEIU in their strikes against car manufacturing executives, movie studios, and grocery titans, are testaments to the power of collective action. These victories are more than just wins for the unions; they're wins for all workers and contributions to a fairer, more equitable workplace.

But, our journey towards labor equality is far from over.

The decline of the middle class and growing wage inequality are stark reminders of the ongoing struggle. As Republicans continue to undermine union efforts, too many Americans are juggling multiple jobs, struggling to make ends meet. I hear stories like these all the time across Colorado.

Here's my commitment to you: I will stand unwavering in my support for labor rights. I am dedicated to ensuring every working American has not only the means to provide for their families but also the opportunity to enjoy quality time with them, to support their children's education, to look after their health, and to thrive in all aspects of life.

As a proud SAG-AFTRA cardholder myself (a story for another time), I can't resist adding – sometimes the best roles are those we play in real life, fighting for what's right!

Today, I ask for your support. Your donation helps fuel our continued fight for fair labor practices and a more equitable future. Together, we can build a better future for all of us.
