John,

This month, 22 states boosted their minimum wages. Our neighbors, Maryland and New Jersey are going to $15 an hour. New York is increasing to $16, more than double Pennsylvania’s current minimum wage of $7.25.

Despite President Biden stating that workers are the engines of our economy and that raising the minimum wage would uplift workers…

Despite Governor Shapiro arguing that $7.25 an hour is not a liveable wage…

Despite 73% of Pennsylvanians supporting a path to increase the minimum wage to $15 an hour, according to a poll from Keystone Research...

Republicans in the PA State Senate have continually blocked attempts to raise the minimum wage in Pennsylvania. However, we have hope:

This November, as HALF the PA State Senate and the ENTIRE PA House are on the ballot, we have a unique opportunity to elect a majority that will pass legislation to raise our minimum wage, defend abortion access, uplift voters, protect our democracy, and more.

We need to start registering voters NOW so they will head out to the polls in November. Raising the minimum wage is far overdue, and that can only happen if we work to elect representatives who will fight for the people, not against them. Will you help us get started by rushing $20.24 to fund our work today?

Thank you,
