Dear Friend,

2024 is here and the Maine Legislature is back in session! As we gear up for more days at the State House advocating for bills to protect our shared environmental and climate future, we hope you’ll join us in Augusta to learn more and get involved.

Each year, we work with the nearly forty environmental, conservation, and public health organizations in Maine’s Environmental Priorities Coalition (EPC) to identify a shared policy agenda for the legislative session. Together with our EPC partners, we’ve identified a slate of priority bills for 2024 that will advance climate action, further environmental justice, protect biodiversity and the environment, and cultivate healthy Maine communities.

We hope you’ll join us on Thursday, January 18th from 8-9:30 AM at the Cross Cafe across from the State House in Augusta to learn more about the issues we’ll be advocating for in the coming months – and meet lawmakers, advocates, and fellow Mainers taking action for our future. Don’t forget to RSVP here! [[link removed]]
