Report: Supreme Court Takes 2024 Election Case.

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear an abortion ban case out of Idaho, where President Biden rushed to file a lawsuit after Dobbs was decided.

Dobbs ensured that abortion is a state – not federal – issue. Biden is ignoring that ruling. Now the case is at the Supreme Court.

The Justices have already taken a case to decide if Biden is allowed to drastically expand access to dangerous abortion pills.
