Cutting Ribbon at JBMDL Readiness Center
Our office joined the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst to officially open their new National Guard Readiness Center! It is fantastic to see our federal funding get this project started and finished! We will continue to prioritize direct investments like this that deliver for our military community and our national preparedness.
A Record 20 Million People Enrolled via HealthCare.Gov
This week, we hit a record 20 million people signed up for healthcare coverage thanks to the Affordable Care Act! We have worked to make sure families can find affordable and accessible healthcare plans on the Healthcare.gov marketplace. We will keep working to lower more everyday costs across the board.
Don’t forget that through Jan 31st in NJ, you can shop for a plan that’s right for you and sign up for healthcare coverage at GetCovered.NJ.gov!
Charging the Way to a Greener Future!
Congressman Kim helped pass the bipartisan infrastructure law to fix New Jersey’s crumbling infrastructure and help propel our state into a greener future. This week, we celebrated a $10 million investment from this law to expand our state’s electric vehicle infrastructure. More chargers means more EVs, and a step closer to a greener future for our country.
