Hello Friend,

The turning of the calendar offers us a unique opportunity to appreciate our achievements, learn from our challenges, and set intentions in the form of resolutions for the year ahead.

The new year is an excellent time to reflect on your relationship with alcohol, if, how, why, and when you choose to drink. This means being aware and mindful of how much we are consuming, modeling responsible alcohol consumption, never driving drunk or impaired, and always respecting the decisions of those who choose not to drink alcohol.

At Responsibility.org <[link removed]>, our goal is to continue to advance our three missions by expanding upon some of the research that we track throughout the year.

Underage drinking levels are at or near record low levels and below pre-pandemic levels, with a majority reporting they never consumed alcohol (80% of 8th graders, 64% of 10th graders, and 47% of 12th graders).
