Bill Foster has categorically refused to debate Qasim and is taking every opportunity he’s given to duck from his responsibilities as a Congressman and candidate.
Foster has been in office since 2008, and if he believes he deserves another term, then he should have no problem defending his 16-year record. Yet, he’s refusing to debate.
Failing to hold debates is bad for our democracy and is disrespectful to voters who deserve every opportunity to assess the candidates who will represent them.
