Friend, we’re in trouble.

Our fundraising hasn’t just fallen off this month. It has ground to a complete stop.

We can’t tell why — if it’s because folks are waiting for Kyrsten Sinema to decide whether she’s running or not...

Or if it’s because Ruben’s led in a few polls here and there...

Or if it’s because people think Kari Lake is too extreme to win, and we’ve got this locked up.

Whatever it is, this race is most certainly not locked up. Not yet.

Yes, we’ve led in a few polls… but we’re also behind in a few.

We can’t just wait around until Sinema makes her decision… because if she gets in this race and we’re not ready, Kari Lake could get the edge on us.

So here’s a reality check: Our majority in the Senate is on a razor’s edge. Kari Lake only lost her last election in Arizona by less than a percent of the vote. Back in 2016, when all of us thought that race was locked up, we ended up with President Donald Trump. And that guy… he’s surging in the polls right now.

We’ve got to get back on track. If we don’t, it could be an absolute disaster. For us, for our chances at holding the Senate, and for the country at large.
