OJJDP Honors Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on January 15

January 15, 2024 is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Each year, people around the world celebrate and honor Dr. King’s life and legacy by participating in a “National Day of Service.”

Join OJJDP and other federal government agencies as we mark this day by participating in service projects that will benefit communities across the country.

We encourage you to use the tools and resources found on the AmeriCorps MLK Day of Service [ [link removed] ] website to:


* *Volunteer*. Use the AmeriCorps Volunteer Search Tool [ [link removed] ] to find opportunities on MLK Day in your zip code(s),
