“We will see” is basically code for “only if Trump wins.”
After 60+ court cases that ruled Trump lost the election, two independent firms that investigated the election and found no evidence of fraud, and an insurrection that Stefanik herself was hiding from in a Capitol bunker, the Big Lie
still has its grip on the GOP.
139 House Members, including Stefanik, voted to invalidate the 2020 election. And with the GOP-led anti-democracy movement growing since, we can expect this number to grow if the 2024 election goes wrong for Trump.
