This is Anna from the Florida Women's Freedom Coalition. I hope you saw my urgent note earlier this week about the newly introduced total abortion ban in Florida.

As soon as we announced on Friday that we gathered enough valid petitions to meet the qualifications to get our amendment to guarantee abortion access on the ballot in the fall, extremist politicians went to work.

On Monday, a Florida legislator introduced a new proposal that defines personhood as starting at the time of fertilization and bans nearly all abortions, as well as charges doctors who perform lifesaving care with felonies. Extremist politicians have once again shown us that they will not stop until they have complete control over women's bodily autonomy.

As a mom of three daughters, all between the ages of 18 and 24, I can tell you that I'm tired. Tired of wondering what would happen if one of them got pregnant, experienced complications and couldn't get the health care she needed to potentially save her life. This is what keeps me up at night.

John, there is only one path forward: If we want to secure abortion access once and for all, we need to achieve our mission of getting on the ballot and getting 60% of voters to support our cause. So please, we need your support more than ever: Will you rush a donation now to fuel our work to protect abortion in Florida?

The stakes couldn't be higher. Not just for my beautiful daughters, but for the 4 million women across Florida whose lives will be impacted.
