As we think about the events of January 6th and prepare for a
rollercoaster of an election year, it’s clear that our country is in a
make-or-break moment.

It’s feeling like our system is on the edge and even a single misstep
could have terrible consequences.

The most effective way to defend our democracy is to strengthen it. And,
make no mistake, it needs defending right now: according to the latest
Gallup Poll, a 📉 record-low 📉 number of Americans are satisfied with the
way democracy is working right now.
