The webpage for the E-15 Access Standard Act is now available with Frequently Asked Questions provided. This Act requires retailers of motor fuels to file a quarterly report with the Nebraska Department of Revenue that provides the number of gallons of each type of motor fuel sold and the percentage of ethanol in each gallon. The electronic form is currently under development and will be available by April 1st. The first report will be due on or before April 30th.
