disastrous Citizens United ruling which has brought devastating
consequences for our elections – allowing unlimited corporate spending in
our elections to drown out the voices of everyday citizens like you and
me.

We believe it's time to reclaim the power of our democracy and put it back
into the hands of the people. That's why we're rallying behind the
Democracy for All Amendment in Congress which is a crucial step towards
overturning Citizens United and restoring fairness to our electoral
process.

The Democracy for All Amendment would give Congress and states the
authority to establish sensible regulations on campaign finance and
restrict the ability of corporate special interests, billionaires, and
other deep pocketed donors from using their money to influence the outcome
of elections through Super PACs and other channels for (currently)
unlimited election spending.

And the need for reform only continues to grow...

In the 2022 elections alone, billionaires pumped over a billion dollars
into the election cycle, nearly 75 percent higher than the last midterm
campaign and 300 times more than billionaires spent just 12 years ago.
Even within the elite world of billionaires, political spending is highly
concentrated: nearly two-thirds of all billionaire campaign donations came
from just 15 households. ^[1]

Does that sound fair to you
