John,
With your help over the past several years, we've been able to help elect some of the most progressive members of Congress in a generation.
But the power we are building together has not gone unnoticed — or unchallenged. And this year, we will face our biggest challenge yet.
From now through November, our champions in Congress are going to face a barrage of attacks from the authoritarian right and their allies who want to tear down what we are building.
AIPAC (the American Israel Public Affairs Committee) and the billionaire right-wing donors who fund them are reportedly planning to spend up to $100 million to unseat WFP champions in Democratic primary challenges.
We need to do all we can to fight back — and that starts now. Will you chip in to help us build the grassroots effort necessary to defend our champions in Congress in 2024? The first primaries are coming up in just a few months.

According to a recent filing, AIPAC has already made a record $18 million in campaign contributions in the 2023-2024 cycle — including millions to MAGA Republicans.1
Last cycle, they spent nearly $30 million to try and defeat progressives in Congress while also propping up over 100 January 6th insurrectionist Republicans.2
And over the next several months, they plan to spend as much as three times that amount or more to decimate the ranks of progressives in Congress.3
The Republican megadonors who are funding this effort know that every dollar they spend to defeat progressives in Democratic primaries also helps MAGA Republicans in their ultimate goal: to capture the White House and Congress in 2024.
WFP champions in Congress have won election after election in their districts because they fight for the constituents they represent. With your support, we can help fight back against the coming deluge of attacks and preserve the progress we've fought so hard to achieve together.
