*Governor Parson Announces Appointment to 11th Judicial Circuit*

*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO)* ??Today, Governor Mike Parson appointed the *Honorable* *Brittney R. Smith* as *Circuit Judge* for the *11th Judicial Circuit*.

Judge Smith, of St. Charles, currently serves as an associate circuit judge in St. Charles County. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University. She will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Rebeca Navarro-McKelvey to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
