Herbert, County Executive Johnny O is building a more open and accessible government through his annual budget town hall meetings. These town hall meetings give the people of Baltimore County the opportunity to make their voices heard and directly participate in the budget planning process.

Over the next few months, Johnny O will travel to each Council district to hear from residents across Baltimore County so they can share their ideas and priorities for the county’s 2025 Fiscal Year budget.
