 Will you join me and
sign the card to thank our
troops for their
sacrifices?

ADD YOUR NAME

Like you, I have a deep respect for every member of the U.S. military. My dad served in the United States Navy aboard the attack cargo ship USS Shoshone in the Pacific during World War II. My brother Michael and I know that his service, like that of all our troops, was incredibly important and honorable.

I also know that there are many moments in the line of duty where these heroes need a reminder that they are appreciated — when they're facing danger and uncertainty, stationed in unfamiliar places far from home and missing precious time with loved ones.

That’s why I’m kicking off the new year by signing the USO’s thank-you card for our troops to let them know I’ll be with them through thick and thin all year long — and I’m hoping you’ll add your name next to mine. The USO has set a goal to reach 50,000 signatures by tomorrow, so will you sign the card now to stand with troops around the world in 2024 and beyond?

SIGN THE CARD

Earlier this week, my friend Wilmer Valderrama and the USO’s own Jennifer Wahlquist joined me on my podcast, “Six Degrees with Kevin Bacon,” to talk about the great work the USO is doing for our service members around the world — and you can find it on iHeartRadio, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music or wherever you get your podcasts.

Spending time with veterans, like my dad, and the active-duty troops serving our country today has taught me this: While we may never fully understand the dangers they face or the sacrifices they make, we can and must show our gratitude and appreciation for everything they do.

So please, it will only take a moment: Add your name next to mine to thank our troops for all they do to defend our country and show them this patriotic community has got their backs.

SIGN THE CARD

Thanks so much,
Kevin Bacon
