We are witnessing history in the making. Colorado’s Supreme Court previously ruled that Trump cannot run for office because he violated the “insurrectionist ban” in the 14th Amendment.
The U.S. Supreme Court will hear this case next, and their decision will have monumental impacts on not only Colorado, but on the whole country: The decision will determine whether Trump’s name will be removed from Colorado’s primary ballot for the 2024 presidential election.
So John, we want to hear your thoughts. Do you think the Supreme Court should remove Trump’s name from the ballot based on his violation of the “insurrectionist ban”?
