Transportation to and from the event is each attendee’s individual responsibility so please plan accordingly.
There will be evening receptions occurring at the hotel upon your return, beginning at 830 pm.
Convention credentials are required to attend all events. See credentialing details below.
SATURDAY
All Saturday activities will be inside the host hotel, the Overland Park Marriott. The hotel check-in is just inside at the large south portico main entrance. Follow the KSGOP signage upon entry for convention credential check-in location.
The Saturday convention and events will look familiar to conventions of the past however we have some fun changes planned. There will be a full day of training and informational presentations you do not want to miss!
For your safety, and peace of mind, there will be law enforcement present at this event.
Vendor booths will be on site. Please stop by each table and say hello! These folks WANT to talk to you!
NOTE: This is going to be a great event and you will travel home very pleased with what you've learned and accomplished!
Everyone attending the Convention, including those walking the corridor areas, must purchase and wear official KSGOP Winter Convention credentials for the safety of all attendees. Those without credentials will be escorted to the check-in desk to purchase credentials or they will be asked to exit the building immediately. No exceptions. Credential purchases day-of will be substantially more expensive so please plan accordingly.
