Why I'm Upgrading My Home Security

I live in a nice little neighborhood in suburbia. I live in a downstairs
apartment with a lovely landlord who lives upstairs. The neighborhood is
upscale and has historically very low crime. I'm surrounded by trees -
it feels like living in the forest and is as close as I can get to that
while I'm in the midst of medical treatment for my ankle.

But recently things aren't quite as idyllic here. Gunshots ring out some
nights, followed by a symphony of sirens. Alerts come to my phone some
afternoons about sheltering in place due to a criminal fleeing. My next
door neighbor had a break-in midday when she went out to pick up her
kids from school.

There goes the neighborhood, huh?

So, I decided I was going to upgrade my own home security. I'm limited
as to what I can do since I'm not the owner, and my budget is tight.
However, I found five simple additions to my home security that anyone
can install, even if they rent. These may not all be for you, but if
there's one thing on the list that makes you a little bit safer, then
I'm happy I wrote this.

No Money? Here's How to Prep Anyway.

Prepping costs money. Everyone knows that, even the most staunch
I'll-Never-Be-A-Doomsday-Prepper-Why-Don't-You-Live-A-Little co-worker
you might have.

So, in this economy, under these conditions, how are you supposed to get
prepared for the Next Big Catastrophe? Is it even possible?

Absolutely, it is.

And I know this for a fact from personal experience.

The number one factor people mention when asking questions on my website
is money. They're wondering how they can afford to do all these things
that sound so extravagant when they're just getting by. They want to
know if it's even possible to prep in the world we're living in today.

They want to know if they can do it, even though they're broke.

You can.

And in this book
, I'm
going to show you how.
