Hi John xxxxxx, there's no avoiding it. It's a difficult time - but difficult times get better when we deal with them together.

That's why tomorrow night we're hosting a live video call where Labour members can come together and discuss the Coronavirus outbreak and how we can deal with it as a community.

Join Jeremy Corbyn at 6pm tomorrow and hear from people taking action - safely - in their local area, from housing campaigners to foodbank volunteers. This will be a positive, people-powered and participatory get-together. Can you join?

Yes, I'll RSVP to the call ([link removed])

I'll invite my friends to join the call ([link removed])

On the call we'll have Lloyd Russell Moyle MP, Zarah Sultana MP and Kim Johnson MP talking about how Liverpudlian Labour supporters are taking on the crisis. We'll hear from a Young Labour member with tips on staying well while at home and housing campaigners will update us on your rights as a renter.

All around us we can see how amazing people can be - from posties stepping up to deliver medicine to Labour members rushing out with tins to fill their local foodbanks. At this troubling time, Labour will be at the forefront of the community fightback.

Please look after yourself - and each other. The advice is that all of us should stay at home as much as possible and avoid any non-essential contact, especially if you are older or your immune system is vulnerable. But while social contact might have to stop, solidarity doesn't.
