My Democrat opponent just filed to run against me in Kentucky’s
first congressional district and it is alarming.

Clinton campaign, and she’s already raising tons of money on
ActBlue from liberal online donors around the country.

She is determined to defeat me and end my investigation once and
for all.

You and I both know we can’t let that happen.

But it’s not only that. She’s hired Amy McGrath’s campaign
manager. You may not remember Amy McGrath, but I sure do. McGrath
raised $88 Million dollars in her 2020 campaign for Kentucky
Senate.

$88,000,000!

That’s an astounding amount of money, and her campaign manager's
rolodex is stuffed to the brim with democrat mega-donors chomping
at the bit to take me down.

They know their investment in the Biden administration is at
serious risk due to the findings of my investigation, and they
will do whatever it takes to defeat me in November and end my
inquiry into the Biden Family’s corruption racket and cover-up.

I’m asking everyone who reads this memo to stand with me today as
my 2024 campaign kicks off in earnest.

We must show national Democrats that our campaign is strong
enough to weather anything… or this campaign could get really
