The WHO gets crazier and crazier. In the WHO January bulletin, the Secretary General doubled down on "sexual health" and other proposals from the far frontiers of the Sexual Revolution, including mutilating surgery for gender confused kids. Rebecca Oas, Ph.D. reports.
