If you don’t know my name or much about my background, let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Derek Merrin, and I am a state representative from Lucas County, leader of the Ohio House Republicans.

Last year, the Ohio House GOP chose me as their nominee for speaker, but far-left Democrats and establishment RINOs colluded to keep me from becoming Ohio House Speaker.

Now, I’m running for this seat to save our country and fight for YOU.

I am a CONSERVATIVE WITH BACKBONE and the ONLY GOP candidate who can win. I've never be been afraid to take arrows from the left or stand up to my own party. I’ve never lost an election. And I’ve proven I can WIN in a Democrat district.
