If you missed it, let me sum it up for you: Nancy Mace is so desperate to get attention that she'll go as far as using my great-great-grandfather's name to push her self-serving agenda. 🙄

I can tell you this. My great-great-grandfather, Robert Smalls, had grit, determination, and hard work to stand up to injustice everywhere and serve the people of South Carolina.

Because of his career dedicated to the people, he would be ashamed to learn what Nancy Mace had done to the Republican Party and how she has served no one but herself.

That's why I'm running for Congress to continue his good work and commitment to public service by serving South Carolinians rather than Nancy Mace's me-first agenda. But John, I can't do this alone.
