Hi John, it's Melinda Lavon. As Chair of the Douglas County Democrats, I’m excited about the growth I see in our Kansas Democratic Party!
Bolstering support to our state party is key to growing our numbers in the Kansas legislature, and building broader support for Kansas Democrats will help us defeat extremism across the state in 2024.
John, we can't break the legislative Supermajorities in the fall without growing the infrastructure to support our candidates, volunteers, and voters throughout Kansas. As part of that mission, the Kansas Dems and I are working toward their first digital fundraising goal of 2024: The Kansas Day Goal! [[link removed]]
Kansas Day is January 29th, the anniversary of Kansas entering the Union as a Free State in 1861. Can you chip in and help Kansas Democrats raise $12,900 before 1/29? [[link removed]]

The Kansas Democratic Party has been increasing communication with our leaders on the ground and providing support with a variety of new training opportunities for candidates, local parties, and volunteers.
These early efforts are vital to not only break the legislative Supermajorities and help local Democrats this fall, but to also win future elections.
But the Kansas Dems can’t do this work without building local support. That’s why I’m asking you to step up and join the Kansas Day Celebration by donating today.
Early investments in our state party allow us to build the long term programs and support that our candidates, organizers, and volunteers across the state really need. John, we have a lot of work ahead of us this year – breaking both Supermajorities AND electing Democrats for local offices. That’s why it’s imperative that the Kansas Democrats reach their first digital goal of 2024: The Kansas Day Goal. Can you chip in today to help us raise $12,900 before 1/29? [[link removed]]
