Dear Friends,
I am excited to let you know about a new, independent Republican organization right here in South Orange County. Men and women, from all South OC communities are invited to join South Orange County Republicans (SOCR). Our purpose is:
* Getting Republicans Elected
* Advocating for common sense policies and opposing bad legislation
* Developing future Republican leaders
We are a big tent that invites civil discussion, and takes down echo chamber walls. In addition to registered Republicans, we invite No Party Preference, American Independent, Libertarian, and non-registered conservatives to join us to become informed and educated. This organization was created to provide what voters are seeking; to be informed and active in supporting candidates, have a voice in legislation, and create opportunities to develop our future leaders.
Our evening meetings are accessible to those who work during the day and make it possible for elected officials to attend. Our members have the opportunity to engage with each other and focus on specific issues by participating on Platform Committees.
We meet the 3rd Thursday of the month at Laguna Niguel’s Crown Valley Community Center. Refreshments and fellowship at 6:30 pm, program begins 7 pm. Our January 18 Inaugural Meeting features a candidate forum: “Who is South OC Sending to Sacramento?” Members will receive meeting invitations to make the required advance reservations. Information will also be on our website.
Your voice does matter; we invite you to be in the room! Please send in your application today, and invite your spouse/significant other, adult children, and friends to join as well.
