John,
Senate control is up for grabs this year, and in order to save our razor-thin majority, Democrats are playing both offense and defense. And of course, EMILYs List women are leading the charge.
Sen. Jacky Rosen (NV) and former U.S. Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell (FL-SEN) are facing opponents with deep-pockets and dangerous anti-choice views. And both these races will be close: recent statewide elections in Nevada and Florida have been decided by less than 1% of the vote.
Jacky and Debbie's success in November could decide the fate of our Senate majority, John. Donate now to surge support for women running in 2024's must-win Senate races:

Sen. Jacky Rosen is facing a tough race as a first-term incumbent in Nevada. Her opponent is likely to be anti-choice extremist Sam Brown. Brown has a history of supporting no-exception statewide abortion bans and has said he would proudly vote for a national ban. Recent polling shows Jacky leading by just five points — but 10% of voters remain undecided. Nevada decided Senate control in 2022, and it is likely to do the same this year!
In Florida, former U.S. Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell is running to flip the Senate seat held by former governor (and anti-choice extremist) Rick Scott. Scott has affirmed that if he were still governor, he would sign a six-week abortion ban into law and that, as senator, he would support a national ban. This race will be expensive, as Scott is one of the wealthiest members of the Senate, and spent nearly $64 million of his own money on his 2018 Senate race.
These races in Nevada and Florida could very well determine control of the Senate this cycle. The 2022 Senate race in Nevada was decided by a margin of less than 1%, as was Scott's initial victory in Florida in 2018. All eyes will be on Jacky and Debbie's races this cycle, and they'll need the full support of this community to win.
