Joe Biden would rather SUE Texas for trying to secure the border than enforce federal immigration laws that would eliminate this crisis.
In fact, the only action the Biden Administration seems willing to take when it comes to the border is ATTACKING Texas for doing its job:
• FIRST, he DENIED Texas’ sovereign right to defend our border and took us to court to remove the floating marine barriers in the Rio Grande River.
• THEN, he BEGGED the Supreme Court to allow him to cut razor wire Texas installed to repel illegal entry.
• NOW, the Biden Administration wants to BLOCK our new border security laws that empower Texas law enforcement to arrest migrants who cross into our state illegally.
Americans and the courts will reject Biden's hostility to immigration laws.
In the meantime, Texas will not back down.
We will continue to do what it takes to relieve overwhelmed border communities in Texas – build new barriers, repel illegal crossings, and transport migrants.
