Hi John,

At this critical time for our country, we're staying up to date on how coronavirus is impacting our communities around the country, and we are taking action to keep our volunteers, supporters, and every voter informed while working to ensure everyone can continue to fully participate in our democracy in a safe way.

And you're a critical part of our team, so we wanted to send a quick note on what When We All Vote is up to in the next few weeks and how you can join us while staying safe at home.

In the coming weeks, here's what's on deck and how you can help:

1. Wednesday, March 25th YOU ARE INVITED to our first Voter Registration #CouchParty! We need your help to reach eligible voters, and help get them registered and ready to vote. All you need is your couch (or a comfy place to sit) and your phone. The #CouchParty kicks off at 6 pm ET and you can sign up here [[link removed]]. We can't wait to see your #CouchParty selfies and we hope to see you joining in virtually (from a safe social distance away)!

2. Wednesday, April 1st is National Census Day and we need to make sure folks know how important it is to participate in the 2020 Census for their families and their communities. The Census decides how $1.5 trillion in federal funding is distributed. So, we're spreading the word and encouraging Americans to fill out their Census form, which is available for the very first time -- online! [[link removed]]

3. Tuesday, April 7th get ready for a VIRTUAL DAY OF ACTION! There's still a lot of work to be done as the primaries continue and millions of eligible voters need to register and get ready to vote. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, April 7th and stay tuned as we share more details in the coming weeks.

We know that Americans are concerned during this uncertain time and have many unanswered questions. We don't have all the answers, but what we do know is that from a safe distance, it's as important as ever to make sure that people have the information that they need to participate in our democracy and have the opportunity to get registered and ready to vote!

Stay tuned for more information about these upcoming actions and we hope you'll join us online for our #CouchParty on March 25th!

Thanks for being on our team.
