Vote-by-Mail and Provisional Ballots

Voters with unsigned vote-by-mail ballot return envelopes or mismatched signatures can complete and return the Vote-by-Mail Ballot Cure Affidavit. The affidavit (also available in Spanish) must be returned along with a copy of the required ID no later than 5 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2020.
Voters who voted provisional ballots also have until this deadline to cure unsigned or mismatched provisional ballot certificate signatures (Provisional Ballot Cure Affidavit in English | Provisional Cure Affidavit in Spanish) and provide evidence of their eligibility to vote.
