Do you remember when we could be proud of our government and all that it
stood for? When we could trust our elected officials and candidates to be
transparent with the people they serve?We have strayed so far, we have a
candidate like Nikki Haley running for President who has broken promise after
promise to her supporters and constituents, sold out to the highest bidder,
welcomed the Chinese Communist Party to her state, and flip-flopped on so many
positions, it's hard to determine where she stands on anything.



I am fighting tonight at the debate—and every day—to restore the freedom and
glory that our country used to stand for.Back then, we could ask young men and
women to stand up and fight in our proud Armed Forces, and they would volunteer
to do it.



What are we asking these young Americans to fight for now? A country full of
so much woke indoctrination that children are being told genders aren't real
and their dad may be their mom? Being taught to question whether they want to
stay in the bodies they were born in? It's disappointing and outrageous.



I'm not okay with it, Patriot. I am stepping up on that debate stage tonight
to fight against it with everything I've got. If there's one point I'llnever
compromise on, it's the annihilation of sanity in my children's future. I need

Ron DeSantis comes from blue-collar roots in the state of Florida. Nothing was
handed to him, he worked his way through college and led his team as the Yale
Baseball captain.



After earning his undergraduate degree, Ron DeSantis graduated from Harvard
Law School, but was so moved by the events of September 11, 2001, that he
volunteered to serve in the Navy to fight for our freedom.



When he returned, he started a life of public service by serving Florida as
both Congressman and now Governor.
