Happy New Year! We have some fun new stuff below, but I want to particularly highlight our new reactivation feature: Anonymized Target Booster.

For anyone planning campaign or GOTV work this year, maintaining good deliverability AND a large list will be more important than ever. This new feature provides a low risk way to re-engage your list by pooling movement resources and collaborating with other Action Network groups! Our hope is that this leads to more people voting, volunteering, and donating to progressive campaigns this fall.

Anonymized Target Booster

Opt in to this feature on the targeting page! Once opted in, you will be able to expand your targeting to include activists on your list who have opened or clicked emails from other Action Network groups that are also opted into the Target Booster. The Target Booster is completely secure and anonymized, meaning email addresses are not shared across groups. Only click and open data for recipients already subscribed to your list are shared.

This is a great reactivation tool, letting you identify high value email recipients already on your list who may not be engaging with your program but are generally engaged with other groups on Action Network! More here.

Small but mighty updates:

• An optional registration close date for events and ticketed events, with a custom ‘registration closed’ message
• A flag if share options haven’t been updated for actions
• A new clip for language preference (allows you to create one email in multiple languages using liquid logic!) — more here
• Create ID targets via the API
• Target your seed list using the new seedlist tag feature

New integrations

• Briteverify sync: Clean your list as new emails are added. More here.
