In both August and November, Ohio voters voted overwhelmingly to protect abortion rights from being further undermined.

I spent countless hours gathering signatures, distributing signs, and persuading voters to protect abortion rights. I was thrilled to see Ohio voters put aside partisanship and voted to do the right thing. As your Congressman, I will keep that same dedication to protecting women's rights.

While the abortion rights victories we won at the ballot box were absolutely massive, there is still a lot of important work that needs to be done.

Today, Ohio Republicans are attempting to undermine the will of their own voters and stop the implementation of the constitutional provision establishing the right to abortion. We can’t let that happen. We need to crush the far-right at the ballot box.

Last year, Ohio showed time and time again that it can put aside its previous partisan lean to stand up for what’s right. And we can keep at it in November 2024 and unseat Max Miller, the far-right Congressman who has consistently voted against a women's right to choose.
