| We are officially on the ballot in Utah! |

| This was an amazing show of strength as we accomplished it during
an icy December snowstorm and inclement weather. |
| |
| Thousands of Utahns enthusiastically signed our petition for
ballot access, removing gloves and mittens as they did so! |
| |

This was a historic win as we won a lawsuit
extending the filing deadline, then we turned in twice the number of
required signatures to appear on the ballot. |

| And as thousands add their name to our petition across the nation,
we are simultaneously building a grassroots army of activists who will
fight for our campaign — they will attend events, work polls, canvass,
and make phone calls. |
