Precious Life will be out this Saturday distributing our new PROTECT FREE SPEECH Campaign leaflets at our weekly Street Outreach in Belfast City Centre. The City Council is trying to ban our Outreach, which it is describing as "an unacceptable nuisance".

Our new leaflet encourages people to RESPOND to the Public Consultation and tell Belfast City Council that religious liberties, and the fundamental human rights of freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and freedom of expression - must be upheld and protected.

As you know, our Street Outreach (which is now in its 27th year) is a vital part of our work to protect unborn babies and their mothers from abortion. Every week we change hearts and minds on the abortion issue by bringing the pro-life message directly to the public. In fact, so many babies have actually been saved over these 27 years after we spoke to their mothers right at our Information Table in Belfast City Centre.

Belfast City Council are a nuisance to us, but what is totally unacceptable to us is the legalised killing of babies in our country. That's why we wont be deterred - Precious Life have vowed to always be a voice for the unborn child. Protecting free speech is a noble and worthy cause - but our ultimate aim in protecting free speech is so that we can PROTECT THE BABIES !
