It's been a busy year here at Freedom for Animals, and YOU have helped us to achieve so much for animals in captivity across the UK.

Here are just some of the ways that you have helped...
* We raised a massive £5,660 in the Big Give Christmas Challenge! Not only did we reach our target but we exceeded it too - and that's all thanks to you! These vital funds will be used to progress our Tether and Torment campaign to help birds of prey in captivity.
* We launched over 10 online actions in 2023, leading to thousands of supporters taking action and emailing event organisers, local authorities and government ministers to stand up for animals and end their exploitation!
* Many events using live animals as props were cancelled this year, and planning applications for exploitative businesses refused, all thanks to your dedication and support.

Our Festive Events campaign was a huge success this year, with 219 letters sent to event organisers as part of our collaboration to end reindeer exploitation with OneKind, Born Free Foundation and Animal Aid.

And the results are in. 153 recent animal exploiters have made the move to animal-free events since 2018!
