Late last year, the Supreme Court announced it would hear a case on the most commonly used medication abortion pill.
John,

Late last year, the Supreme Court announced it would hear a case to decide whether Mifepristone — the drug most commonly used in medication abortions — will continue to be made available, including by mail.

Medication abortion accounts for over half of all abortions nationally. The case is nothing more than another attempt by the extremist far-right to strip us of our basic rights and reproductive freedoms.

Suzan is fiercely committed to codifying the right to abortion into federal law, but she’d like to hear from you and know where you stand on the issue.

Should Congress act immediately to codify reproductive rights and protect access to Mifepristone and abortion?

Since the fall of Roe vs. Wade in 2022, Republicans have doubled down on their cruelty and extremism to push an anti-choice agenda.

Their end goal is nothing short of a total abortion ban and they will enact one if given the opportunity.

Do you agree with Suzan that Congress should act NOW to codify abortion rights and reproductive healthcare access into federal law? Take the quick poll now >>
