Our bloc is growing. Today, I’m proud to announce Justice Democrats’ first new endorsement of the 2024 election cycle: Rep. Delia Ramirez of Illinois’ 3rd Congressional District!

Delia is a community leader, daughter of Guatemalan immigrants, and lifelong Chicagoan who became the first and only Latina Congresswoman in the Midwest when she won this seat in 2022.

Now, she’s up for re-election this November, and we’re working to keep her fighting for progressive change in Congress. Will you donate to Delia’s campaign now to help keep her in the good fight?

During her first term in Congress, Delia has proven to be a progressive champion for working families. In the last year, she’s cosponsored legislation to protect student veterans, to guarantee tenants’ right to organize, and to create a pathway to citizenship for DACA recipients through the Dream and Promise Act.

She’s also fighting for housing justice, healthcare for all, public education, safe public spaces, community-centered economic development, and for the rights and safety of women and the LGBTQ community. Plus, she was one of the first members of Congress to call for a ceasefire in Gaza.

Delia isn’t taking a cent from corporate donors — her campaign is people-funded and people-centered, which is why she’s counting on this progressive movement to have her back this November.
