Justice Clarence Thomas has accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts from right-wing megadonors. He did not disclose those gifts, likely breaking the law.
Thomas’ wife was involved in the attempt to overturn the 2020 election. Thomas failed to recuse himself from cases around January 6, including the upcoming Trump case, ignoring clear conflicts of interest and shunning ethics befitting a Supreme Court justice.
The list supporting his removal goes on and on.
Thomas has shown he cannot be an impartial justice. His abuse of power, his conflicts of interest, and his secrecy about his financial and political ties make him unfit to serve.

These actions by Justice Thomas raise serious ethical questions and violate the law that requires justices, judges, and federal officials to disclose most gifts. His failure to report these flights and yacht trips likely violates that law.
And it doesn't stop at luxury trips. Thomas has refused to recuse himself from cases with clear conflicts of interest, including cases involving Trump after his wife participated in a fake electors scheme–demonstrating contempt for ethics and the rule of law.
It is clear that Clarence Thomas has abused the power of his office and lost the trust of the American people. His actions have undermined marginalized communities, challenged democratic principles, and threatened rights established in landmark cases like Roe v. Wade. We must restore transparency and accountability to the U.S. Supreme Court, and a critical step is to impeach Justice Clarence Thomas.
