Dear Members and Associates,

We will host our first monthly meeting using Zoom this Sunday at 4 pm. If you have never used zoom, now is a good time to familiarize yourself with it. A computer with a microphone and camera works well, but there is an app for smartphones and tablets too, and you can even call in for simple phone conferencing using landlines or flip phones.

This is uncharted territory for us, so please have patience if there are difficulties. We tried it once for our steering committee meeting, and it worked well except for one person being unable to get his phone to connect. Here is the Zoom Getting Started Help Page for those of you new to the platform. There you will find links to the desktop client as well.
