John,

These are the biggest abortion cases since Dobbs, and we're taking urgent action at the Supreme Court.

The U.S. Supreme Court has JUST taken its second major abortion case this term. First, the high Court will decide if President Biden is allowed to drastically expand approval and use of abortion pills. Abortion pills kill more unborn babies than any other type of abortion, and Biden's expansion plan is in direct violation of federal law.

Second, the Court has just agreed to hear an abortion ban case out of Idaho, where President Biden rushed to file a lawsuit shortly after Dobbs was decided. In Dobbs, we helped ensure that abortion is a state – not federal – issue. President Biden completely ignored that Supreme Court ruling. Now the Idaho case is at the U.S. Supreme Court.

These cases could devastate the abortion industry and defeat President Biden's plot to ignore the Constitution and drastically expand abortion.

We're preparing vital amicus briefs in both of these cases, and our deadlines are looming. But right now we need you.

Will you stand with us as the last line of defense for unborn babies at the Supreme Court?

Sign Petition: Defeat Abortion at the Supreme Court.
