John,

The Idaho legislature just became the first state in the country to
pass a bill that bans transgender youth from participating in sports.
When the world is paused during the coronavirus scare, we can't
help wondering why this bill is even being considered. Rather than
supporting each other, the Idaho legislature is targeting vulnerable
transgender youth. HB500 sends a startling message to transgender
youth across the country, and Governor Brad Little needs to know you
won't stand for it.

Please urge Governor Little to veto HB500.

Being a kid is hard enough. We should be making it easier, not harder.

Transgender youth in Idaho, like all young people, should be able to
be part of a team and play the sport they love as their authentic
selves.

Will you urge Governor Little to veto HB500 and to protect trans youth
athletes?
