Dear John,

It’s as true today as when ELPC started in 1993: ELPC is a mission and a calling. ELPC was built from a ground floor startup with a vision into a Midwest powerhouse for the environment. 30 years ago, ELPC’s vision was called ambitious. Today, sustainability is conventional wisdom.

This year we made significant impact across our region. I invite you to read our 2023 report ([link removed]) ([link removed]) where you are going to see some big wins on behalf of the Midwest’s environment. We couldn’t be prouder.

Imagine what we can do together in the next 30 years. That will require tenacious and effective public interest attorneys, policy advocates, scientists, forward-thinking business leaders, creative unions, and expansive civic thinkers. That will also require us to make choices to save the planet – choices about what we purchase and who gets our votes.

Working together, we can do it. Thank you for all you do to help ELPC succeed.
