My team sent you a message about the fundraising freeze beginning tomorrow, but we still haven’t reached our goal. So, I wanted to reach out quickly to emphasize how important this goal is for our campaign.

I don’t mind the fundraising freeze we’re about to enter – but it does mean that we really need to raise money now so that I can continue to meet our milestones as we march toward the next election. My campaign team continues to operate – in a streamlined way – and I need your help to make sure we can do what we need to do.

Whether updating our website, sending emails to keep you in the loop about our work, or even traveling across the state to attend events, so much of what I do is only possible with your help.

Raising money is hard – especially for a role like Comptroller! But you step up again and again, and it means a lot.

Starting tomorrow at Noon, I won’t be able to fundraise until the end of the legislative session in April. So, we need all the help we can get right now to ensure our team is fully supported through the next few months.
