On Thursday, June 27, 2024, the New American Leaders fam will come together in the heart of Washington, DC for our 10th annual New American Hero Awards! Some of our previous awardees and guests include Congresswoman Veronica Escobar, U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, Colorado State Senator Julie Gonzales, and Portland, Maine City Councilor Pious Ali, just to name a few!

If you're ready to celebrate some of the fiercest immigrant leaders in our movement, catch up with your New American Leaders squad, and put on your dancing shoes then this is your can't-miss event of the summer!

But before the party kicks off, we need your help. Do you know of an incredible immigrant city council member who is leading the way on creating inclusive polices? Is there an amazing advocate in the state legislature working to protect our rights? We want to know about them!

I am excited to share that as of today, we are accepting nominations for the 2024 New American Hero Awards!
