I hope this email finds you well and safe. While everyone's thoughts are of course on the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact, we wanted to provide a bit of a break with the just published 2020 Lemkin Summit blog.

The fifth year of the Lemkin Summit to End Genocide and Mass Atrocities brought together activists and student leaders from 27 US States and across the world. The Summit featured expert panels and guest speakers, including the 28th US Permanent Representative to the United Nations and member of President Obama’s cabinet, Samantha Power, as well as a graceful performance by Darfuri activist, poet, and author, Emi Mahmoud. The Summit culminated with almost 100 constituent meetings on Capitol Hill.
