Friend,

Governor Holcomb and the Indiana State Department of Health announced some BIG
news – they’re partnering with Indiana-based Eli Lilly and Company to
accelerate coronavirus testing across Indiana!

Lilly will use its specialized research labs to conduct COVID-19 tests,
expanding testing ability in the state so that more Hoosiers can receive a
timely diagnosis.

As Governor Holcomb said, “This partnership will be transformational in our
efforts to accelerate testing for COVID-19. We are grateful for Lilly’s
dedication to the health and safety of Hoosiers as we continue to put all of
our focus into slowing the spread.”

But that’s not all. Here are a few more of the latest Indiana developments as
we all work together to slow the spread of the coronavirus:

* All Indiana public schools are currently closed – whether they’re using
e-learning, on spring break, or are using waiver days granted by Governor
Holcomb.
* Small businesses are the backbone of our state. That’s why the U.S. Small
Business Administration has issuedan Economic Injury Disaster Loan declaration,

Holcomb's request, which would providetargeted, low-interest loans to Indiana
small businesses to help them overcome temporary revenue loss.
* Looking to apply for unemployment insurance benefits? The Department of
Workforce Development hastwo upcoming webinars to learn about eligibility,

We’re all in this together – and thanks to this innovative Indiana-based
company, more testing resources are on the way!

We’ll continue to keep sending you the latest news on the actions Governor
Holcomb is taking with top medical leaders to keep Hoosiers safe.

Thanks,
-Holcomb Crew
