The Supreme Court will hear arguments in our 14th Amendment lawsuit on February 8th.

That means in exactly one month, we’ll be facing Donald Trump at the Supreme Court—fighting to enforce his disqualification from the ballot.

This is a huge development in our case, and it is significant that the Court will review the case in time to give the public clarity on whether Trump is disqualified over his incitement of insurrection before casting votes in primaries.

Many people said it could not be done, and we’ve managed to prove them wrong time and time again. Now it's time for us to defend these wins before the highest court in the land.
